Dr. Richard Primason is a licensed psychologist
and founding partner of High Performance Associates (HPA). Dr. Primason brings
twenty-plus years of counseling experience, and special expertise in
communication psychology to his work as an HPA partner. In this role Dr.
Primason serves as performance coach to senior financial and wealth management
executives, helping them integrate superior performance with effective
professional relationships.
Dr. Primason graduated from Connecticut
College, and received his doctorate in clinical psychology from Hofstra
University. Early in his career, Dr. Primason directed various treatment
programs for children, including the Henry Ittleson Center for Child Research.
He received the Life Fellowship from The American Association of Children's
Residential Centers, and authored "Choice Parenting," which received the
iUniverse Reader's Choice award.
In recent years, Dr. Primason has
been involved in the development and application of Choice Psychology, a
powerful and very practical framework for quality performance and effective
relationships. His counseling practice employs this model with high-level
financial executives, helping them more effectively balance performance
demands, management responsibilities, and personal life issues. This
empirically based model now guides the work of all of the HPA coaches.
Dr. Primason pursues an array of creative passions; He's strongly committed to
performance coaching, to the development of choice psychology, to his family
life, and to rock-and-roll drumming. Dr. Primason lives and maintains an office
in Westchester County, New York.. |
